Maverick Telecommunication is committed to maintaining and protecting the personal information under our control. We collect clients’ information on dedicated servers or, at times, on shared services. This includes clients’ Call Detail Records (CDRs) and other relevant data in Data Center. Our data centers are GDPR-certified, and we have signed Data Protection Agreements to ensure compliance and security.

USER PROVIDED INFORMATION

The Application, Website, and Services obtain the information you provide when you download and register for the Application or Services. When a client registers with us, they generally sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) providing:

  • (a) Name of Client’s Entity, Registration number, Address, Contact Person’s Name, position, mobile number, website, and email
  • (b) Transaction-related information, such as when you make a service agreement with us
  • (c) Information you provide us when you contact us for help
  • (d) Information you enter into our system when using the Application or Services, such as while setting up the services, raising tickets, participating in discussions, and performing tests
  • (e) Information of all points of contact

It is possible to register individuals (Client’s data and service-related data) on the platform only after the client is registered with Maverick Telecommunication. As registration is requested, users agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. At the time of registration, users may be required to provide information including your name, address, phone number, and email address, collectively referred to as “User Profile Content.”

We only collect personal information as required to meet the purposes we have identified. We do not indiscriminately collect or retain personal information. Our reason for collecting personal information about the client is to maintain communication with that individual.

We will not differentiate between who is using the device to access the Application, Website, Services, or products, as long as the login/access credentials match yours. To make the best use of the Application, Website, Services, and products and enable your information to be captured accurately, it is essential that you log in using your own credentials.

Clients shall take reasonable precautions to protect against theft, loss, or fraudulent use of IDs and passwords, and clients are solely responsible for any losses arising from another party’s use of such IDs and passwords, either with or without the client’s knowledge.

AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION

In addition, the Application/products/Services may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application/Services. As is true of most Mobile applications, we also collect other relevant information as per the permissions that you provide.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We preserve your personal information as long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations. In addition, we may retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with national laws, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, enforce our User Agreement and take other actions permitted or required by applicable national laws.
